Celebrating 136 Years of Community at Saron Baptist Church
Also happening on Sunday, Saron Baptist Church is throwing a big celebration for its 136th church anniversary at 2 p.m. If you’ve ever been part of this welcoming community, you won’t want to miss it. The Rev. Dr. Andre T. Melvin will be the guest pastor, and it promises to be a lovely gathering filled with joy, reflection, and inspiration. The church is located at 352 Railroad St. W., Wagener.
Join the Turkey Trot for a Good Cause!

Registration is super affordable at $15 for the fun run, $20 for the non-chip timed 5K, and $25 for the chip-timed version. Remember, these prices will jump up by $5 after November 25, so don’t wait! The event kicks off at 8 a.m. and all proceeds will benefit the local Toys for Tots campaign, making it a great way to get active while helping those in need.
