The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than by exploring the charming homes of North Augusta? Mark your calendars for the much-anticipated 36th Christmas Tour of Homes, happening on December 6 and 7, where you’ll get a delightful glimpse into the festive spirit of our community.
New Stop on the Tour: The Arts and Heritage Center!
This year, the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta joins the lineup as an exciting new stop. Located within the North Augusta Municipal Building, this educational venue is dedicated to showcasing local arts and regional history. Visitors will not only enjoy rotating art exhibits but can also explore a standout centerpiece: a beautiful six-inch rotunda showcasing the cityscape from around 1910. Plus, there’s a charming gift shop and an annual holiday market that’s just bursting with local goodies!
What to Expect on the Tour
Are you ready for a feast for the eyes? The tour will kick off on Friday evening, starting at 5:30 PM and running until 9:30 PM. Then, on Saturday, you can join the fun from 11:30 AM until 3:30 PM. Alongside the Arts and Heritage Center, there will be five stunning homes participating this year, including:
- The lovely abode of James Vance and Kyle West
- The charming home of Joel and Lynda Ozburn in Hammond’s Ferry
- The cozy residence of Gregory and Sara Brown on West Forest Avenue
- The picturesque home of Barry and Frances Koon in The Rapids
- The welcoming house of Charles and Nancy Eubank in The Colony

Want to join the festive exploration? Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased until December 6 at 2 PM. Here’s the scoop:
- Buy your advanced tickets for just $25 at various local spots including the Arts and Heritage Center, CommuniGraphics, and Parks Pharmacy.
- If you prefer to purchase online, get your ticket for $28 (plus a small convenience fee) until December 2 at www.natourofhomes.org.
- On the tour days, tickets will be available at each stop for $30, and you can pay by cash or check.
