Identified as Chandra Buffington, a homeless woman of age 47, she was announced dead on July 09, 2024, at 9:15 a.m. at 3018 Abelia Drive, Augusta. Buffington remained in detention for about a week before being released on June 25. The address listed during her last arrest was of Willis Foreman Road in Hephzibah.
