Aiken Community Gathers for Peace Vigil and Local Events

One of the key events is the Vigil for Peace and Nonviolence, organized by the Aiken Women in Black and Moms Demand Action. This gathering is set to take place on Monday, August 19, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The vigil is meant to foster a call for an end to ongoing wars and the troubling rise in gun violence that has affected many families in the nation.
