Christmas Cheer is Coming to North Augusta!
If you’re in North Augusta, get ready to deck the halls and embrace the holiday spirit! This year, the city will once again host the 39th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes, organized by the lovely members of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Mark your calendars for December 6 and 7, because you won’t want to miss this festive event that showcases beautiful homes all decked out for the holidays!
What to Expect
The tour kicks off on Friday, December 6, starting at 5:30 p.m. and wrapping up at 9 p.m. If you can’t make it that evening, don’t worry! The tour continues on Saturday, December 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. That’s plenty of time to stroll through the heart of North Augusta and soak in the charming holiday decorations!
Featured Homes
This year, one of the standout homes on the tour is located on West Avenue and belongs to Gregory and Sara Brown. Gregory, the talented owner of Designer House Plans, has poured his creativity into designing a modern abode that beautifully blends style with tradition. From a stunning oak tree to gorgeous camellias, the landscaping is truly a treat for the eyes.
As you approach the home, you’ll notice its eye-catching brick facade, large windows, and inviting earth-tone doors. Inside, the couple has opted for smart lighting and speakers, creating a modern vibe. Sara especially adores the kitchen, complete with large lights and a unique island that must be seen to be believed! And for those who love a little luxury, the master bedroom features a cozy soaking tub that promises relaxation after a long day. Plus, there’s a delightful library in the house where they enjoy meeting clients and curling up with a good book.
Additional Homes on the Tour
The Browns’ home is just one of five spectacular places you can visit. You’ll also get a peek inside the homes of James Vance and Kyle West in Hammond’s Ferry, Joel and Lynda Ozburn, Barry and Frances Koon in The Rapids, and Charles and Nancy Eubank in The Colony. Each house tells a unique story and showcases different takes on holiday cheer.
