Owner Greig McCully, a longtime resident of the area with over 35 years of business experience, is at the helm of this venture. Greig’s journey began way back with a car detailing service called Apple Polishing Systems in college—a true entrepreneur at heart. He ventured into medical sales and later founded PDSHeart, which blossomed into the largest provider of cardiac monitoring devices in the U.S. But in 2010, Greig followed his heart and opened Fireside Kitchen to create a balance between work and family time in Augusta.

Rooted in the Community

Not only is Greig a businessman, but he’s also deeply connected to the community. He previously owned a picturesque lake house on Lake Oconee and has been actively involved in local events and organizations. His association with the Lake Oconee Builders Association started in 2010, and he’s even participated in various local school activities. Talk about being a community guy!

Cooking Up a Storm

The grand opening wasn’t just about cutting ribbons; it was a culinary feast with over 130 cooking classes held to date and the completion of over 8,000 outdoor kitchens.
